Sustainability at Tidelli
More than design — a way of living and transforming.
At Tidelli, sustainability isn’t a trend. It’s part of our DNA. From the very first knot to the impact we leave on the community, every choice carries a purpose: to care for the world while creating beauty and comfort for outdoor living.
Energy from the sun, the wind, and awareness
Our factory in Salvador runs on 100% renewable energy, purchased from the Free Market. We continually invest in energy efficiency and adopt practices that reduce our carbon footprint in transportation and operations. We believe true innovation also means caring for the planet.

Nothing is wasted. Everything is transformed.
We’re passionate about durability — even in materials. Over 80% of our waste is repurposed.
At the Tidelli factory, nothing goes to waste:
- 100% of aluminum and PVC is recycled and reintroduced into production.
- 4 tons of wood per month become fuel for ceramic kilns or are turned into new products.
- Nautical ropes, fabrics, and glass are transformed into new items in partnership with Instituto Tidelli.
- Our furniture refurbishment sector gives new life to old pieces, reducing waste and extending their lifespan.
Responsible waste management
Hazardous waste is separated and collected by certified companies that carry out co-processing with high environmental standards. Our employees are trained and actively involved in this process.

Design that respects time
We create furniture with soul — and built to last for generations.
The nautical ropes we develop are extremely resistant, and our furniture can be refurbished, updated, and reinvented.
Each piece is designed to live with you for many years — not to be discarded.

Restoration is renewal
For us, refurbishing is more than restoring a piece of furniture.
It’s about extending memories, valuing resources, and respecting the rhythm of things.
We have a dedicated sector for this: bringing Tidelli furniture back to life, preserving its story while refreshing its finish.

Caring for the community
Our factory beats at the heart of the Moradas da Lagoa community in Salvador. And from there, stories of transformation emerge.
We support the Ítalo Gaudenzi School by building leisure areas and sports courts.
Through Instituto Tidelli, we offer sewing, crafts, and digital inclusion courses — focused on female empowerment.
Female leadership that inspires
38% of leadership roles at Tidelli are held by women.
We believe in the power of the feminine as a force for change — in the company, in the community, in the world.

From the inside out: everything is made here
Our production model is verticalized. That means almost everything — from ropes to finishes — is made in-house at Tidelli.
This ensures quality, exclusivity, and a smaller environmental impact. A mindful process from beginning to end.
A future with awareness
Partnerships like POETA (OAS + Microsoft) help us expand horizons. And through the Prosperity Spiral project, we aim to bring workshops, income, and opportunities to more communities.

Each Tidelli piece is a link between form and purpose, beauty and responsibility, craftsmanship and innovation.
For us, sustainability means creating with meaning — and caring for what truly matters.

Tidelli. Creating spaces for better living — today and in the future.
