Design Weekend and the launch of the VIMARE collection in São Paulo

Design Weekend

Last week Sao Paulo staged the largest design festival in Latin America - Design Weekend (DW!). The event is one of the world's main design events and brings together in São Paulo's capital more than 114 brands. The festival also features over a hundred parallel events, including exhibitions, tours, shows, talks, lectures, and workshops.

The 12th edition of the festival brought the latest trends in design, sophistication, and creativity. Professionals and fashion enthusiasts took advantage of the networking opportunities. Art, architecture, urbanism, decoration, social inclusion, and technological innovation are themes addressed by the event.

Tidelli at DW!

When it comes to design, creativity, and innovation, we wouldn't miss out! It was the perfect opportunity to launch our collection developed under the curation of Beto Cocenza, from Boomspdesign: the Vimare Collection. Displayed in Tidelli's showroom on Alameda Gabriel Monteiro da Silva, the famous Design street in São Paulo, the collection received praise from everyone who had the chance to visit us!  During the eight days of the event, we welcomed architects, retailers, designers, and outdoor enthusiasts.

The VIMARE collection is a collaboration between Tidelli and Italian multi artist Matteo Cibic, known for a style that combines sophistication, humor, and irreverence. The name of the collection is inspired by Vibrazioni di Mare (in Italian "vibrations of the sea") and emphasizes the sensations of a sunny day, when the light plays along the surface of the water and moves with the waves of the sea.

The VIMARE collection

The VIMARE collection brings innovation with the launch of a wardrobe, which was previously unprecedented in our catalog. And, as with all of our pieces, it's possible to customize the colors among the various shades of nautical ropes. Another international signature that arrives full of success.

The collection - consisting of a rug, a bar, and a cabinet - proposes a new way of using the traditional nautical ropes, a trademark of Tidelli. This time, depth, reflection, and movement are the main elements of the design.
