Tidelli Convention 2023

We are excited to share the latest news from Tidelli with you! Last week, we had the Tidelli Convention 2023. It's an annual event that we organize to bring together our retailers from all over Brazil in Salvador. It was a special moment filled with exchanges of experiences, innovations, and fun. After all, we believe that if it's not fun... it's not sustainable!

We had the opportunity to showcase our showroom in Salvador, allowing our retailers to get a sneak peek at some pieces that will soon be available. It's wonderful to share the updates and, most importantly, to hear directly from those who are in direct contact with our customers – their insights. Every opinion and feedback are extremely valuable to us, and we believe that this closeness and partnership are what make success possible.

We also took the opportunity to show our factory. Here, we produce almost all of our materials, manufacturing everything from small plastic components to the various colors of ropes used in our furniture. This vertical integration not only gives us greater control over quality but also reinforces our commitment to environmental responsibility. By reducing transportation and waste, we take another step towards sustainability, something that fills us with pride.

Of course, we couldn't leave out the fun! We organized an exciting boat trip filled with contagious laughter and emotions. The rain caught us by surprise, but our DNA is outdoor, and we know how to navigate through the weather. We enjoyed it together, singing in the rain and making the most of it. After all, lighthearted moments are essential for strengthening bonds and creating unforgettable memories.

Lastly, we want to emphasize that our pursuit of excellence and customer satisfaction never stops. We presented the paths that Tidelli has been taking to deliver the best possible experience, whether it's through premium service in our stores or inspiring you to make the most of what life has to offer.
