TIDELLI at CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2023: Mansion transformed into a boutique hotel with 43 spaces

The Brando Barbosa Mansion gains open public spaces and sustainable bungalows in the gardens in this 32nd edition of the Rio de Janeiro exhibition.

This year, CASACOR Rio returned to the Brando Barbosa Residence in Jardim Botânico with a more innovative proposal: that of a boutique hotel!

"In 2021, we opened the doors of the mansion to the people of Rio. In 2022, we proposed the occupation of a cultural institute. Now, we present a third idea of use, that of a boutique hotel, something very common in large properties in Europe and that would fit perfectly in a property like the Brando Barbosa Residence," evaluates Patricia Mayer, managing partner of CASACOR Rio.

In its 32nd edition, the Rio de Janeiro exhibition, taking place from August 15 to October 15, bets on the mansion's original vocation – that of hosting – and transforms the space into an exclusive hotel, with 43 environments designed by some of the best professionals in architecture, interior design, and landscaping. Among them, spaces open to the public such as trendy bars, charming restaurants, and the exuberance of 12,000 m² of gardens formed by species of the Atlantic Forest, spaces that resonate well with the Tidelli concept.
